Abrasive stamping safety technology

stamping safety technology includes personal safety technology and equipment safety technology, and has successfully acquired three aspects of Merck's consumer center department. The latter is mainly to prevent equipment accidents and ensure that molds or presses are not accidentally damaged

For example: eliminate and reduce hazardous areas; Prevent hands from entering the dangerous area; Replace manual operation with mechanized and automatic devices; Enter the dangerous area with tools instead of hands; When hands enter the dangerous area, the press stops working; Start the press safely; In addition, it can prevent transportation and installation accidents and reduce noise

(2) equipment safety technology. The automatic protection device is mainly used to send a signal to stop the operation of the press immediately after an accident is found, so as to ensure that the mold and press will not be accidentally damaged. Replace the operator with automatic protection device to monitor the relevant links of stamping, including raw material monitoring, feed monitoring and output monitoring

there are two sensing modes of automatic protection device, contact type and non-contact type. The former mainly makes the electric contact act through mechanical means, while the latter obtains signals through electromagnetic induction, photoelectric or 13 ray. Signals can be divided into two categories. One is to judge whether there is a fault from the signal of a single protective device (on or off), and the other is to judge whether there is a fault when these unqualified products are used in the building and must be connected with the specific position or time of the stamping work cycle. The specific position or time of the stamping work cycle is also represented by signals for contact identification (the former type of signal is called L type, and the latter type of signal is called IL type)

of course, it is difficult to automatically eliminate the faults in stamping processing to varying degrees. At present, the requirement of automatic protection device is to stop the pressure function quickly in case of failure. For the press whose slide stroke does not exceed 120 ~ 200 times per minute, the electronic controlled automatic protection device can stop the slide in the down stroke after finding a fault.
